User Agreement

1. The subject of the User Agreement on the site moldovatruck.md.
Subject of the agreement: information services provided to the user within the framework of the Site. The site administration has the right to change the terms of the agreement at its discretion at any time without special notice to site visitors.

2. Description of services.
The site provides services for placing and publishing informational announcements about freight transport and cargo. Portal users can publish ads only on the topics of transport logistics, international cargo transportation by various modes of transport. Also on the Site there are sections for posting ads and information about the provision of other transport services (consulting services, car service, brokerage services, etc.).

3. Obligations of the user during registration.
During registration, the user undertakes to provide only truthful data about himself or his company. The user indicates his full name or company name, legal address, contact details and other requested information.

4. Safety rules.
After the registration is completed, the user account is activated. The registered user is solely responsible for their actions on the Site. It is not recommended to transfer personal data for authorization on the Site to third parties. If the account data has been lost, the user must immediately notify the portal support service about the problem in order to avoid leakage of personal information.
The Site Administration is not responsible for the loss of personal data.
For ads that were published without prior registration, the same rules apply as for an authorized user.

5. Conditions for using the services of the portal moldovatruck.md. .
The user agrees to publish only those data that correspond to reality. It is forbidden to post articles and materials that are not the author of the user. The Site Administration prohibits publishing offensive or defamatory information, using profanity or using the resource for illegal purposes.
The Site Administration has the right to delete the user’s personal data at its own discretion if they are contrary to the rules of the Agreement. Also, the violator’s account can be deleted or blocked for an indefinite period. All published materials within the Site are the intellectual property of the creators of the resource. Any use of materials on other resources on the Internet is possible only with the written permission of the Site administration.

6. Exemption from warranties, liability.
All ads of users of the resource are displayed in the primary form in which they were published.
The resource administration disclaims any responsibility for the publication of advertising or other materials by users of the Site.
The user accepts the conditions for publishing his personal data – after they have been entered on the Site during registration, they become visible to other users. In particular, the company name and contact details will be available in the ad directory.
The user is aware that the Site Administration is not responsible for the content of the announcement, its modification or removal. Responsibility for damage that was caused to the author of the ad in the course of business relations within the site lies with the user.
The resource administration is not responsible for the final result that the user received after the completion of the publication of his ad. The user is responsible for any possible losses during the use of the resources of the Site.

7. Rules for the processing and use of personal data of users of the Site: moldovatruck.md.
1. After starting to use the resources of the Site, the user understands that all his data is freely available for viewing by other customers. According to the rules of the current Agreement, the user agrees to the fact that his personal data is processed by the resource Administration and other visitors.
2. The administration of the site does not provide for any liability that, due to the hacking of the Site or infection with a virus, the user’s personal information will not become available for viewing by third parties. In view of the foregoing, the user agrees not to make a claim to the Administration of the resource, as he knows that his data becomes publicly available on the Internet at the time of registration.
3. According to this agreement, at the time of registration on the Site, the user agrees to:
– providing his personal data to other users of the resource to the extent that he personally provided them;
– processing of the entered data by the Site Administration;
– use of the user’s personal data in all sections of the Site;
– sending mailing lists, promotions to the specified e-mail, user mail vatel
– other actions of the Administration regarding the placement of data within the framework of the functioning of the resource.
4. At the time of posting personal data, the user confirms the voluntariness of his actions within the Site. Thus, he agrees to the distribution of his personal data in various sections of the resource available to other users of the site and the Internet. If the user has a different point of view regarding the stated terms of the Agreement, he has the full right to refuse registration on the Site and must immediately leave the resource.
5. The administration has the right to process only that personal information that the user independently posted on the Site.
6. The administration processes the user’s personal information in order to ensure the stable operation of the resource, to eliminate negative consequences for other clients of the Site. The administration does not bear any responsibility for the use of the user’s personal data by other clients of the resource or third parties, since the user’s personal data that he entered on the site becomes available on the Internet.
7. The user undertakes not to use the personal data of other members of the Site in any way that is contrary to applicable international law with an unlawful purpose for profit or with another motive that does not fit into the scope of the purpose of the Site.

8. Additionally, the site administration disclaims responsibility for:
– losses incurred by the user as a result of a transaction with another user of the Site;
– the legitimacy of the agreement that was concluded between the user of the Site and third parties;
– the content of the promotional material and the quality of the services and products that are advertised on the Site;
– The Administration does not control the content of the resources, links to which were published on the Site;
– for losses incurred by the user of the Site due to virus attacks on the resource or other technical failures.

Also:
– The Administration does not guarantee the user that any material or services that will be received through the Site are of high quality and meet his expectations;
– The Administration does not guarantee the accuracy of the published data that is available to the user within the Site. Responsibility for the veracity of the information lies with the system client who published it.

9. General provisions.
The agreement has the status of a legal agreement, the participants of which are two parties: the Site Administration moldovatruck.md and the user of the resource. The Agreement governs the provision of services to the user on this Site in accordance with the above provisions.
