Moldova is a party to the Agreement on Joint Activity Regarding Humanitarian Aid Received from Abroad signed on January 22, 93 and the Agreement on the Procedure of Transit signed on February 8, 1992. These agreements were signed by the Republic of Azerbaijan, the Republic of Armenia, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan. The Republic of Kyrgyzstan, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, the Republic of Uzbekistan, Ukraine and the Republic of Moldova.
